Sunshine Furniture - Worst customer service after sale
My dining room set arrive one chair short - 6 weeks ago and no contact from store. The delivery guys left holes in my new floor and I complained but nobody has reached out to me at all. There is no calling the store, and to chat online costs $1 to connect. I am highly disgusted with the customer service.

Paid extra for haul off of old sofa and loveseat I was stop 2 out of 10 truck was full. Driver said he could not haul off my old furniture due to reasons beyond his control. I had to hire a haul off company for an extra $90.00 to have my belongings taken away. I need to have a refund or payment for the extra $90.00 out of my pocket that I paid Sunshine furniture for this service that they agreed too.

I spoke with the office person yesturday after I put up the first complaint and she told me that they apologise but they never received the back order on the 2 chairs and that they do not know when the chairs will be in but she will call me when they come in. In other words somebody is telling me one thing and she is telling me that it is not in especially after I have called and checked multiple times to see if the chairs were in and they kept telling me that the chairs were there and that we just need to schudule delivery in which I have scheduled 3 time now and no chairs.

Yesturday made 3 times, I was calling to check on what time they were going to deliver the chairs on 4/14/21 evening. I purchased the chairs on 3/17/21 so it is now going on a month since I purchased the dinette set.

I purchased the set thinking that it would be here before Easter and now I am just caught up without the 2 chairs. Can someone have corperate call me PLEASE!!!

I have paid for a dinette set on 3/17/2021. I received a week later, 2 chairs and the table. I have been waiting for the 2 chairs for 3 weeks. I have been calling and I made contact with the office person at the store and we set up appointment for 4/7/2021 and no show from the company. I called the next day and I spoke to the office lady again and she said that the delivery department had to reschedule the delivery and she also said that they stated that they called me and left a message in which it was not delivered to my phone. I do believe that she thought that they called me but they didn't call and they didn't leave a message on my voicemail. She DID say that they called from their personal phone which did not register on my phone at all. I call all of the time and they never answer the phone. today when I get off work I will go to the store and try to see what is the problem with the delivery because I paid about 80 dollars for the delivery and i would like to get my 2 chairs that I paid for. Can someone please give me a call at 918-734-****. I work as a school counselor and I might miss the call but leave a message or send text and I will call you back. Thanks!

User's recommendation: If I don't get my chairs I will recommend that they shop somewhere else because this is ridiculous. I have shopped here in the past and the service was great but I don't know what happened.

No prices listed on recliners.

Wanted to order online a lift chair Sunday. There were no prices on any of the chairs. I was not able to check prices for any of the chairs. I would have to call on each and every chair to get a comparison. Called on one chair and it was not in my price range This means I cannot purchase a chair unless go to the store. Interesting.

We have been given the run around from day one of having a problem.. They don't stand behind their merchandise or their customers... Don't buy your furniture here. Angry I would give them negative 6 review if it were possible.

We had Lynda Manning greet us with the sweetest and most sincere hello she shook hands with each and every one of my family members! She even pushed my two year old around in his stroller inside as we looked around. She was pleasant the whole time and patient because we changed our mind a couple of times. She made a very stressful decision easy and fun. She kept us laughing which helped with the anxiety of making the final decision. She is a gem and sunshine should be very proud of her she has amazing customer service, we would definitely recommend or come back!

I bought furniture from Sunshine Furniture a few months back. Worse mistake ever!! I'm paying $2400.00 for a bedroom set that is falling apart. I have been in contact with the store for months with no response. They even said they fowarded pictures to the Store Manager and yet STILL NO RESPONSE!! They do not care about there customers and neither does the store manager apparently. I had to give at least 1 star but they honestly deserve none. Avoid this buisness at all cost. The lack of response has forced me to complain to the BBB Angry

This is the worst experienced I've ever had. The sales guy is a big damn liar, lying just to make a sale. Went in there to purchase a set of furniture, was told it'll be here in a week and a half for sure so we said ok, we can wait so we bought it. A week and half comes no furniture. Now they're saying it won't be here until mid september, that's like a little over a month for this damn furniture!!! They can't do anything about it, this is so misleading. Such bad service from this place, don't recommend this place to anyone. Should of gone to Mathis Brothers

Do not order lift chair from Sunshine furniture

My 88 year old mother fell in love with a recliner at Sunshine furniture. Asked if it could be made into a lift chair and was assured it could. 6 weeks later it was delivered. The chair was not the same as ordered. We called immediately the sales person and told them it was not what we ordered....long story short...it is now February 6, 2018(chair was delivered October 21, 2017) Sunshine Furniture will not back their product. They hide behind their no returns policy. However we didn’t receive the chair we ordered making that policy null and void. I’ll NEVER buy anything from them and advise all who read this post to go elsewhere. Rod Smith

DON'T purchase DURABLEND furniture from Ashley unless you want to be very dissapointed.

I purchased 4 of these units from Sunshine Furniture in Tulsa OK for my media room. Like the preceding reviewer, I am seeing cracking of the material and peeling. These units are used very seldom so it is not from heavy wear. DON'T BUY this recliner or for that matter anything that is labeled DURABLEND unless you plan to have it 12 months or less. It's defective and Ashley Furniture should quit selling it and offer to repair defective units. PS I have a brother-in -law that purchased a travel trailer that had this same recliner in the living area. It started peeling after they had owned the trailer a little over a year. Bad news is that it is in a slide out section and they cannot get it out of the trailer without incurring a lot of expense. Too bad- Ashley is getting a black eye over this. I will never purchase anything with the Ashley name on it.

I brought three bar stools from Sunshine Furniture custom order them had to wait almost 3 weeks had them to put them together and within a week one of them was broke they did not replace the bar stools they are just going to fix the piece that broke I think this is ridiculous they should replace rhe whole barstool I will not be buying stuff from Sunshine anymore

Salesman was helpful when I chose a flexsteel sectional but when I chose 12 month no interest the down payment I wasn't told about equated to almost half the price. The delivery guys were great. Reordered a couple more pieces, one was missing the female parts to attach as sectional. One customer service person who I've made several call to, stayed on hold ridiculous amounts of time to speak to. Had to make a visit to speak to manager today. Three weeks and still waiting for tech to come fix their mistake.

I'm a Disabled vet . First I asked if the bed I wanted was located at 71st and memorial. The salesman said yes. So after wasting more time picking out a box spring and mattress. I go to pay and he says I have to drive 4 miles thru Tulsa to pick up the bed.. So he lied.. Shame. Went to pay for the bed and mattress, total was 1099 dollars tax included. I said I'm tax exempt so remove the taxes. Salesman came back and had removed 35 dollars for taxes. Obviously sunshine furniture is cheating the state of taxes. Taxes on that amount should have been around 180. Needless to say I got up and walked out. Bought my furniture in mcakester and got a great deal plus no lies.
